DECEMBER NEWSLETTER

MANAGER’S MESSAGE

Another year is coming to an end.  How quickly the time goes.  Summer will be here again before we know it!

Management and staff would like to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas and a happy, prosperous and healthy New Year 2012.

NEW RENTAL AGREEMENTS

We need to have updated signatures on our rental agreements.  We are asking customers to please drop into the office sometime in the New Year by April and sign a new rental agreement.   If you are a new customer as of October 1, this won’t be necessary for you.

RENTAL RATES

Unfortunately we have had to raise our RV rental rates for 2012.  Our costs have increased in many areas since 2008, which is the last time our rates increased.  We have now eliminated the “two month or more” lower rate and now only offer discounts for 6-11 months (5%) and 12 months (10%) only.  The new monthly rates effective January 1, 2012 will be $70.00, $80.00 and $90.00.   Most customers will see an average monthly increase of $10.00.

SANI DUMP

Sani dump is now closed for the winter.  We will reopen it as early as we can in the spring.  We will post on the website when it is open.

CUSTOMER AREA ON WEBSITE

We have changed the “customer area” on the website.  You will now see areas “make a payment” and “how to make a payment”.  If you have not utilized this at all please read the instructions prior to attempting to make a payment.  Registration is required.

We now also have a face book page.  Link to this is on our website.

YARD MAINTENANCE

We do snow removal in the laneways and in front of all locker units throughout the winter.   If we have had a big snow fall and you need to take your unit out please call us the day before and we should be able to clear your stall.  Our snow removal unit does need extra time to warm up, so please do not expect us to clear the snow if you do not call in advance.

We have had some very high winds lately and will probably have them throughout the rest of the winter.  Please make sure your unit is secured well.  All vents closed tight, wheel covers secured with rope, tarps tied down well.  Tim does check the yard daily and will report to us any problems which we will report to you.

On another note, we do have some wheel covers which were found in the yard.  These do not have any identifying information on them so we do not know where they belong.  Please put your name on the inside of the wheel covers and that will enable us to call you and let you know we have them.

FINAL NOTES

Our propane tanks are available year round.  We have both 20 lb and 30 lb. tanks for trade or purchase.

Utility trailers are available for daily/weekly rentals.

We have several companies who are willing to come in to the yard to do any maintenance you may require for your unit.

We carry a varied amount of moving supplies and boxes for sale.

MERRY CHRISTMAS
