NOTE:  When using your gate card number to register please enter 100 before the 5 digit card number

When entering unit/site # use exact number off of your rental agreement or invoice.

Should your payment be less than the outstanding amount, late fees will keep accumulating.

 

HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT (please read this entire area before making payment)

NOTE:  IF YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT SHOW A BALANCE SYSTEM WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT.  WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN INVOICED BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A PAYMENT

You will need to register using your email address and either your gate card number or your telephone number and area code.  If using your gate card number please enter 100 and then the 5 digit number.  When entering your unit number, it must be exact to your invoice or rental agreement.  On line payments can be made at any time using Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

Monthly payments are easy, simply enter the total amount due in the box at the bottom after you have put in your credit card information.  Then follow the prompts.  Should you make a payment which is less than the outstanding amount on your account, late fees will continue to accumulate until account is cleared.

If you are prepaying for more than one month, indicate additional months in the drop box above the amount box and system will put the right amount in. For long term discount customers DON'T change anything in this box.

FOR LONG TERM DISCOUNTS  just enter the amount indicated on your invoice.   You will receive an emailed receipt from us which will indicate the correct paid thru date.

If you have a pull thru site please call for the total to enter as the pull thru sites have different pricing.
